Makhani Dal

 

 

 

Ingredients 

 

200 gms urad daal

300 gms red beans

250 gms onions

50 gms ginger

100 gms tomatoes

50 gms green chilies

Butter/ghee 100gms

5 clove garlic

3 cup water

 

 

 

Instructions

 

 

Soak daal and red beans over night and boil with water and salt, until the daal is soft. Chop the onions, ginger, green chilies and tomatos. Fry all together in butter/ ghee until turn brown. Then add the boiled daal and red beans and allow to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot.
